Establishment Labs designs, develops, and manufactures medical aesthetic device technologies and wellness solutions for the medical device, breast health, aesthetics, reconstruction, and women’s health industries. Its Femtech solutions are produced at certified manufacturing facilities in Costa Rica and approved for sale in more than 85 countries.

Задачи

- Own the day-to-day coordination of projects and deliverables according to agreed timelines; Manage project workflows through Jira by creating and assigning tickets, updating statuses and priorities, aligning development with creative briefs, monitoring progress, deadlines and blockers, and tracking deliverables;
- Track project progress, pending actions, and key milestones to ensure on-time execution;
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Ops, Supply, Purchasing, and other functions;
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas when needed, capture action items, and ensure follow-up;
- Maintain project documentation, files, and version control;
Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice follow-up, and vendor-related documentation when required;
- Develop and adapt presentations, brochures, templates, and other brand assets;




- Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines across deliverables;
- Prepare final files for internal use and external production, including printing;
- Assist with revisions, formatting, and localization of materials.

Требования

- Bachelor’s or postgraduate studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field;
- Able to sign an internship agreement between the university and the company;
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong interest in project coordination;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Fluent or native English speaker;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign;
- Strong PowerPoint skills;
- Intermediate Excel proficiency;
- Nice to have: Spanish, French, German, or another additional language.

- Internship / Graduate Program;
- Only candidates enrolled in a bachelor’s or postgraduate program and eligible for a formal internship agreement will be considered.
