Chief Stewardess

We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a busy yacht with a demanding owner programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong interior leader looking for a long-term position within a well-run vessel offering an attractive 2:2 rotation and a competitive salary package.

- Salary: €6,000 to €7,000 DOE
- 2:2 rotation

- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess
- Minimum 2 years' experience in senior interior positions
- Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
- Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
- Mature, professional and discreet in their approach
- Confident managing demanding owners and a busy operational programme
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to lead by example while maintaining exceptional interior standards
