Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the development and validation of materials and processes for aerospace applications, with a focus on Low Observability materials. You will build and run a dedicated laboratory and pre-prototyping area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance Mu0026amp;P projects. You'll lead test planning, failure analysis, and supplier qualifications, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. This role offers hands‑on technical leadership in a global, multidisciplinary environment and a clear impact on aircraft materials performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Prepare and manage a new laboratory building, including requirement dossiers, CapEx, safety measures, and financial planning.
- Oversee building operations post-completion: maintenance, equipment calibration, area upkeep, and safety compliance.
- Support Ru0026D for composites, metals, surface treatments, paints, sealants, and elastomeric technologies; prepare test samples.
- Represent the team in project meetings and lead testing development activities for Low Observability materials.
- Define test plans for Ru0026T, design,



and development of new technologies and materials.
- Perform future failure analysis within the assigned scope.
- Provide technical support to services, CML, and industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 5 years in materials and processes with hands‑on laboratory experience.
- Experience in laboratory/pre-prototyping area management is desirable.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, services, and CML; deep knowledge of REACH.
- Experience in material technology development and in developing new materials/processes with suppliers.
- Understanding of material requirements for Airbus standards and quality standards.
- Experience with low observability materials and thermal or electrical functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving and impact analysis capabilities.
