- Define and drive the strategy, governance and operational excellence of Opella's global SAP platform ecosystem
- Ensure platform availability, performance, security and compliance
- Lead initiatives strengthening the reliability, scalability and performance of global SAP platforms
- Develop and support teams across multiple locations
- Drive migrations, upgrades, re-platforming and platform modernization initiatives
- Define and deliver the SAP platforms technology roadmap across on-premises, RISE and BTP SAP Cloud platforms
- Lead platform lifecycle activities and continuous service improvements
- Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms
- Drive platform performance, monitoring, reporting and incident management, including root-cause analysis and preventive action plans
- Embed cybersecurity, quality and compliance requirements across the SAP landscape, including regulated and GxP environments
- Partner with business stakeholders, application owners and service providers
- Lead and develop a global team responsible for platform operations, lifecycle management and project delivery

Requirements

- Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation initiatives within a global organization
- Strong expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, BTP, ALM and cloud services
- Solid understanding of enterprise technology architecture
- Experience managing large,



geographically distributed teams and external service providers in complex operational environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear business outcomes
- Knowledge of platform governance, cybersecurity, compliance and service management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken and written English
