The role focuses on providing legal advice to business units, with a primary emphasis on M&A;, corporate governance, commercial, and civil law matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Advise on M&A; transactions, including negotiation of transaction documentation (SPAs, Shareholders agreements, etc.).
- Provide general legal support for corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials).
- Assist in corporate governance for the listed parent company, including management of decision‑making bodies.
- Coordinate data protection matters across international branches (France, Italy, Portugal, Poland).
