What are we looking for?

Highly involved and committed professional, with strategic vision and adaptability to change. With great motivation and initiative to drive our ambitious project. Governance over Persán's Product Plan, identifying the company's needs,



the opportunities within its product category, and advocating for the project until the final business case approval.

Main Responsibilities

- Identification of market opportunities.
- Tracking competitors activity and its strategic positioning in the market.
- Definition of Persán's Product Plan, driving its development and strategic alignment with the recognized market opportunities.
- Preparation and defense of the Business Plan for the projects, redefining them when necessary.
- In minor projects, development of the Project Manager role: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams (R&D;, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination across departments. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget. Manage risks and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Report on project performance, including post-launch analysis and lessons learned.

Specific Technical Knowledge

- Curiosity and interest about products, claims and aesthetic.
- Ideally, minimum of 5 years of professional experience:



In similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing companies or in the retail/distribution sector. In positions at other companies where project management and strategic analysis has been a core responsibility. Possibility of making frequent international trips.

- Analytic profile, with affinity with figures.
- Planning and Organization: Ability to plan a development project, processes by coordinating the needs of all relevant departments.
- Leadership: Acts as a reference point for both colleagues and internal clients regarding project management.
- Drive, Proactivity, and Perseverance: Communication Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving objectives and delivering impactful outcomes.

Specific tools

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level) Knowledge of SAP Project Management programs.

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. High level of English (C1).
