We build and refurbish luxury homes in Ibiza. That means our listings come from our own projects — product other agents simply cannot offer.

You:

- 5+ years selling real estate, with closings you can prove
- 3 languages minimum — Spanish, English, plus one more
- You know Ibiza: licences, legal m², what a property is actually worth
- Discreet, sharp, at ease with high-net-worth clients
- Car and licence. Based on the island.

Us:

- Base salary, real commission, no ceiling
- Direct line to the founder — you price and negotiate with him, not around him
- Off-market and pre-construction stock from our own pipeline
- Full marketing behind you: brand, photo, video, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Year-round. Long term. Route to leading the division.
