Ebury León is seeking a highly motivated Junior People Operations Advisor to join our global People Operations team. The role reports to the People Operations Manager in Malaga and offers hybrid work: four days in the office and one day from home each week.
You’ll handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliant services, manage contracts and addendums, generate reports, and support general mobility with the HR People Partnering team.
