Misión

Este puesto proporciona apoyo al equipo de Controlling Financiero en las actividades de contabilidad, fiscalidad y tesorería de Magnum Ice Cream Company Spain, S.L., garantizando que los registros financieros, los procesos bancarios, las obligaciones fiscales y las actividades de cierre mensual se ejecuten con precisión, dentro de los plazos establecidos y en cumplimiento de las políticas internas y la normativa aplicable.

Principales Responsabilidades

Contabilidad General

- Realizar y revisar asientos contables en el sistema ERP (SAP u otros).
- Realizar conciliaciones mensuales de cuentas.
- Dar soporte a cierres mensuales y anuales.
- Mantener documentación preparada para auditorías.

Soporte de Tesorería

- Gestionar movimientos de efectivo, transferencias y pagos.
- Seguimiento de cuentas a cobrar y pagar.
- Supervisar incidencias bancarias.

Gestión Bancaria y Relación con Entidades Financieras

- Apoyar la apertura, modificación y cierre de cuentas bancarias.
- Supervisar autorizaciones y accesos bancarios.





Fiscalidad y Cumplimiento Tributario

- Apoyar la preparación de impuestos.
- Recopilar información para obligaciones fiscales.
- Dar soporte a auditorías fiscales y financieras.

Cuentas Anuales y Reporting

- Preparar documentación para cuentas anuales.
- Apoyar informes financieros internos y reporting de grupo.
- Garantizar cumplimiento de normativa contable.

Control Interno y Procesos Financieros

- Cumplir políticas de control interno.
- Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Identificar riesgos y discrepancias.

Gestión de Proyectos

- Participar en la transición a un modelo financiero regional.
- Mapear procesos actuales.
- Coordinar equipos locales y regionales.
- Realizar seguimiento de hitos y riesgos.

Requisitos Del Perfil

Experiencia y cualificaciones

- Titulación universitaria en ADE, Contabilidad o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en Controlling Financiero.
- Conocimientos de SOX y PGC/IFRS.

- Capacidad analítica.
