Setopay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and high-risk sectors. We move fast and we expect the people around us to do the same.
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with hands‑on experience in payment processing, PSP operations, or fintech. This is not an entry‑level role.
What you will do
- Own the day‑to‑day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow‑ups, documentation, CRM hygiene
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and merchant onboarding documentation
- Support the sales team through the full merchant acquisition cycle — from first contact to live processing
- Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice
- Keep sales reports and performance tracking accurate and up to date
- Identify gaps in the sales process and flag them early
What we require
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role — in a PSP, acquiring bank, payment processor, fintech,
or SaaS company
- Familiarity with payment processing concepts: merchant onboarding, acquiring, chargebacks, settlement
- Excellent written and verbal English — you will communicate directly with international merchants and partners
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace
- Detail‑oriented and self‑sufficient

- Candidates without experience in payments, PSP, or fintech
- Candidates who need heavy supervision to operate
- Remote work — this is a fully onsite role in Marbella
