We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a professional who can handle various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and training. The adecuado candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Specialist responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Administrate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Develop and deliver training programs.
