About the Role

Key Real Estate, a leading luxury agency on Marbella's Golden Mile, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our operations smooth and our listings shining.

If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a high-end environment, this is your chance to be part of Marbella's most dynamic real estate team.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update property listings across CRM and major portals (Inmobalia experience is a plus).
- Create and send marketing newsletters highlighting new listings and market updates.
- Track and present activity reports showing your progress and results.
- Coordinate schedules, client communications, and daily office tasks to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role , preferably in real estate .
- Fluent in Spanish and English — both are essential.
- Living in or near Marbella (this is not a remote role).
- Confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems).
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented — you get things done and like seeing the numbers behind your work.
