Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the development and execution of market access and pricing strategies across Europe and international regions to secure favorable reimbursement and broad patient access for CNS products and solutions. You will lead cross-functional alignment with medical, marketing and digital teams and coordinate with affiliates on pricing, tenders and contracting. You’ll manage price governance, scenario modelling, and evidence generation to support sustainable value and growth. This position offers strategic impact within a mission-driven, evolving payer landscape and a dynamic team.

• Plan and execute market access and pricing activities for multiple markets
• Lead HTA submissions and evidence gap analysis with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with affiliates on local and regional pricing, tenders and contracting
• Develop value messages, pricing strategies and negotiation approaches for reimbursement/public procurement
• Maintain a repository of price information and monitor external pricing environments




• Lead market access research to define patient journeys and regional pricing corridors
• Support evaluation of business development and pipeline assets for pricing scenarios

Responsabilidades
• Higher level degree in life sciences or economics
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in preparing HTA dossiers/reimbursement requests for innovative drugs and value-added medicines
• Strategic and operational pricing experience, ideally integral with Europe exposure
• Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic and budget impact models and HEOR tools
• Experience in CNS/neurology therapies is a plus
• Knowledge of Health Economics and Pricing qualification is a plus
• Experience in medical devices/digital solutions is a strong plus
