Join THOST Project Management and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale industrial construction programme Develop, maintain and continuously improve the schedules for the assigned Construction packages, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies and programme objectives Review contractor schedules, monitor progress and challenge scheduling assumptions where necessary to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, milestone status and recovery scenarios to support construction management and project management decision‑making Coordinate scheduling interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, commissioning and other project stakeholders Support weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, providing clear schedule analyses and recommendations Identify scheduling risks, delays and opportunities, supporting the development of practical recovery strategies Work closely ​​​​ ​​​​ ​
