As Delivery Manager, you act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Kudelski Security clients, coordinating strategy, design, deployment, and operations. You manage end-to-end service delivery, escalate when needed, and ensure client success across all service lines. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, track performance with KPIs, and articulate value to stakeholders. This role offers impact through shaping client outcomes and delivering a seamless, total customer experience.

Responsabilidades
• experience in IT, IT Security and/or Security Operations
• excellent customer-facing skills including negotiation and listening
• knowledge of security solutions such as endpoint detection and response and SIEMs; OT security a plus
• excellent presentation and communication skills; capable of leading meetings
• strong analysis and synthesis capabilities
