? QA Lead | Barcelona Hybrid | Freelance

We are looking for a QA Lead to drive the QA strategy across a complex, backend-oriented, multi-squad environment.

⚠️ Mandatory requirement:

At least 3–4 years of experience with one of these platforms:

Salesforce, Boomi, Oracle NetSuite or Zuora Billing.

Key responsibilities • Define QA strategy, standards and quality gates.

- Coordinate QA activities across multiple squads.
- Oversee API, integration, contract, regression and workflow testing.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects and evidence.
- Support release-readiness, audit and IV&V; activities.
- Work closely with Product, Architecture, Development and DevOps teams.

Requirements • Strong experience as QA Lead in complex software environments.





- Experience with backend, APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
- Experience with defect management, reporting and release processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English C1/C2.

- Spanish: Native or C1

Nice to have • Microservices / integration-heavy environments.

- CI/CD quality controls.
- Regulated or security-conscious environments.
- ISTQB certification.
