Key Account Manager – Central Spain (m/f)

Madrid | Reports to: National Sales Manager

Are you a hospital sales professional with a passion for generics and a talent for building lasting

relationships with key stakeholders? We're looking for a Key Account Manager to drive our

growth across Madrid, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, and Galicia.

You'll be the face of our company to hospital pharmacies and decision-makers across the region

— identifying opportunities, leading tenders, and shaping the strategy that gets our products

where patients need them.

What you'll do

Identify and evaluate business opportunities in public and private hospitals across your territory

Design and execute strategic account plans: client targeting, product focus, pricing, and indication priorities





Own your numbers — hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Lead tender monitoring and management across the region

Build trusted relationships with hospital pharmacists and key decision-making bodies

Stay sharp on both our products and the competitive landscape

Manage your budget in line with strategic goals

What you bring

5–7 years in a similar role, ideally in generic pharmaceuticals

Based in Madrid, with strong knowledge of the local healthcare and hospital market

Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Fluent Spanish; professional English
