Join our Power Electronics team and help shape the next generation of energy storage and power conversion solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in the complete product development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and simulation to hardware design, prototyping, validation, and industrialization. You will contribute to the design of advanced power converters and control systems used in energy storage applications and grid integration projects.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside experts in power electronics, control systems, software, testing, and product development. This position offers the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge technology projects, evaluate new power semiconductor technologies, and contribute to the development of highly efficient and reliable products.

Success in this role requires a strong technical background, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. How You'll Make an Impact

- Design power converters from concept through product realization.
- Analyze technical requirements and define system architectures.
- Develop and execute converter simulations using industry-standard tools.
- Design power stages, protection systems, cooling solutions, and filtering circuits.




- Develop and implement control strategies for power conversion systems.
- Build prototypes and perform proof-of-concept activities.
- Commission power conversion and energy storage systems in laboratory environments.
- Execute validation activities for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
- Prepare technical reports, validation documentation, and engineering procedures.
- Support component qualification, product certification, and technical project management.

Your Background

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience in electrical system design and power electronic converters.
- Experience with converter simulation tools such as PSCAD, DIgSILENT, or SPICE.
- Experience evaluating power converter topologies and semiconductor technologies based on technical requirements.
- Knowledge of power electronics hardware design, including semiconductors, capacitors, magnetic components, protections, and cooling systems.
- Experience developing and implementing control systems for power converters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
