Role Description Noga Matcha imports and distributes premium Japanese matcha to the best specialty cafés, restaurants and hospitality venues. We're growing fast and are looking for sales hunters to lead that growth on the ground.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out meeting buyers, tasting rooms and hospitality groups face to face building real relationships in a category that's still being defined. We want people who think outside the box, spot opportunities others miss and know how to open doors.

What we offer

Daily rate for your time in the field, plus commission on deals closed

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation

and closing sales, with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.

Entrepreneurial, resourceful, comfortable building from scratch

Based in or able to travel across your target market.

Fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is a plus.

Residence in Spain and legal authorization to work as a freelancer or independent contractor.

Genuine interest in matcha, tea culture, or health and wellness products is highly beneficial.
