We are a Barcelona-based startup specialized in Digital & Tech Recruitment , operating across European markets.

Our ambition is simple: become one of tomorrow’s recruitment leaders while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.

After several successful years growing our activity across the Spanish and French markets, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern ready to learn, take ownership and grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent French + Spanish + English — all three languages are mandatory

• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people

• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and comfortable managing different priorities simultaneously

• Business-oriented mindset and interest in understanding our clients' needs

• Experience or interest in Generative AI tools is a plus

• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, you’ll progressively take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle:





• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and professional networks

• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit

• Understand and qualify recruitment needs alongside our Account Managers

• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

• Build and maintain your own talent pipeline and professional network

• Create and optimize job advertisements to attract the right talent

• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure smooth and timely follow-up

• Bring your own ideas to improve our sourcing and recruitment strategies

• Explore how AI and new tools can make recruitment smarter and more efficient
