Inside Sales/ Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) Join our Spanish team – either on‑site/hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid, or flexibly remote from within Spain.

Your Responsibilities

Identify target clients

and prospect organizations within defined industries

Run outbound outreach

across phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision‑makers

Qualify leads

based on business needs, security maturity, and buying readiness (ideally following MEDDICC)

Schedule meetings

by booking discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives

Communicate cybersecurity value

in a clear and compelling way to early‑stage prospects

Maintain CRM accuracy

Your Experience

Strong communication

with confident objection handling and clear messaging in both Spanish and English language (C1)

Discovery & active listening

to uncover needs and qualify prospects effectively

Cold‑calling resilience

with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels

CRM proficiency

(Salesforce, HubSpot) with disciplined pipeline and activity management

Meeting generation





through consistent outbound prospecting and structured follow‑up

Sales mindset : competitive, results‑driven, team‑oriented, with basic MEDDICC understanding

Salary Band €28,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary (full‑time), plus up to 20% variable compensation.
