We are looking for a

Pentest Coordinator

to join our teams and work with a leading international insurance client.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating penetration testing activities across networks, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

You will be responsible for documenting and presenting security findings along with mitigation recommendations.

You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of testing activities with best practices and compliance requirements.

You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure continuity of execution.

You will be responsible for tracking, consolidating metrics, and reporting the progress of penetration testing activities.

You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall security posture.

What profile are we looking for?

Academic background in Cybersecurity,



Computer Engineering, or a related field;

Proven experience in coordinating and executing penetration testing activities;

Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar);

Expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation techniques;

Experience managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously;

Knowledge of information security standards and best practices;

High level of English.

Nice to have:

Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, OSCE, or CCSP;

Experience in complex and highly regulated environments;

Advanced knowledge of application, network, and infrastructure security.
