Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a trusted Workday advisor, helping customers derive business value from Workday through targeted microconsulting, configuration guidance, and feature demonstrations. You will work closely with the Workday Success Plans team to solve customer problems, share knowledge of Workday capabilities, and identify optimization opportunities. You’ll create and deliver presentations and one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption, while staying current with Workday innovations. This position offers the chance to influence customers at leading organizations and contribute to a mission of making Workday a core driver of their success.

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain Workday expertise and certification,

• Stay up-to-date with industry practices and engage customers on relevant topics
• Contribute to new programs that drive customer feature adoption
• Deliver additional advisory services such as Office Hours, configuration reviews, and deployment of Workday features

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
• 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in HCM
• Ability to understand Workday concepts and new features
• Experience with other HCM systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• Strong ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations
• Multitasking across engagements and deliverables
• Strong critical thinking to address complex processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
