As a Business Analyst at Factorial, you’ll support the SDR leadership across five European markets by driving forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-functional execution. You’ll shape KPIs, dashboards, and capacity planning to optimize performance and coverage. Collaborating with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Operations, you’ll lead cross-market initiatives that raise SDR productivity. This role is the operational backbone enabling scalable growth and process excellence within a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Forecast and report across five markets in collaboration with SDR leadership
• Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to pipeline stages
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops to improve SDR processes
• Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across markets




• Serve as primary contact for country leads to resolve day-to-day operational questions

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience operating across multiple countries or markets
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot)
• Proven cross-functional influence without formal authority
• Self-directed and able to drive projects in ambiguity
• English mandatory; additional EU language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German) a plus
