We're hiring a SAP HCM Consultant Rubí – Hybrid / 2 days office At Capitole, we are looking for a Junior SAP HCM Consultant eager to build a long-term career supporting and improving Human Resources solutions while working closely with business stakeholders. ¿Posee las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas para este puesto? You'll join the internal IT team responsible for supporting and evolving SAP HCM solutions that enable key HR processes across the organization. This role combines functional consulting, SAP configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, stakeholder interaction and continuous learning within the SAP HR ecosystem.

You'll be working on: Supporting SAP HCM incidents and business requests.

Configuring Personnel

Administration (PA), Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).Participating in functional testing, validations and production releases.



Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and SAP solutions.
