OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

Liderar la representación institucional del BCIE en el país asignado, promoviendo el posicionamiento del Banco como socio estratégico para el desarrollo sostenible en los países que servimos.

El puesto tiene como finalidad generar y facilitar oportunidades de financiamiento, inversión, cooperación y negocio; fortalecer las relaciones con actores públicos y privados; apoyar la materialización de operaciones del pipeline institucional; promover la participación empresarial en las iniciativas financiadas por el Banco; y asegurar una coordinación efectiva con las áreas sustantivas del BCIE para contribuir al cumplimiento de la Estrategia Institucional y del modelo de negocios del Banco.

REQUISITO GENERAL: Para residir en España

Licenciatura o Ingeniería con Grado académico de maestría o equivalente o Licenciatura o Ingeniería con al menos dos años de experiencia adicional a la requerida por el puesto.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA POR EL PUESTO:

- Experiencia en financiamiento, inversión y cooperación internacional.
- Experiencia en gestión de alianzas estratégicas y relacionamiento institucional.
- Experiencia en vinculación con organismos públicos, sector privado e inversionistas.
- Experiencia en Instituciones Financieras Internacionales.
- Experiencia en promoción de oportunidades de negocio y participación empresarial.
- Desarrollo e implementación de esquemas financieros y de cooperación incluyendo estructuras de co-financiamiento, blending financiero (deseable - no obligatorio).
- Movilización de recursos vinculados a cambio climático (deseable - no obligatorio).

EXPERIENCIA GENERAL:

- Experiencia laboral mínima: 11 años.

FUNCIONES:

- Identificar, evaluar y facilitar oportunidades de financiamiento, cooperación, inversión, mercados de capitales y alianzas estratégicas provenientes del país de representación y/o Europa, coordinando con GERFIN y las áreas sustantivas del Banco para contribuir a la movilización de recursos y generación de negocios.
- Apoyar la identificación, promoción y maduración de iniciativas susceptibles de incorporarse al pipeline institucional, facilitando el acercamiento con potenciales financiadores, cooperantes y socios estratégicos hasta su conversión en operaciones activas.
- Promover la participación de empresas elegibles del país de representación en procesos de adquisición financiados por el BCIE, mediante acciones de difusión, acercamiento empresarial, ruedas de negocios y coordinación con las áreas operativas correspondientes.
- Implementar acciones de posicionamiento institucional mediante la participación en foros estratégicos, eventos de alto nivel, misiones oficiales y espacios de diálogo con actores gubernamentales, empresariales, financieros y académicos, fortaleciendo la visibilidad y reconocimiento del BCIE.
- Coordinar de forma permanente con GERPAIS, GERFIN y demás dependencias sustantivas del Banco la identificación, seguimiento y materialización de oportunidades estratégicas,



asegurando una articulación efectiva y la alineación con los objetivos institucionales.

CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS:

- Conocimientos de la estructura y mecanismos de la Ayuda Oficial para el Desarrollo proveniente del Reino España.
- Conocimiento de relaciones internacionales y presentación a inversionistas (Road shows).
- Conocimiento de finanzas internacionales.
- Conocimientos de actividades de captación de recursos y banca de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento de los mercados de capital en especial los europeos.
- Conocimiento de la gestión de fondos vinculados al cambio climático.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Lead CABEI's institutional representation in the assigned country, promoting the Bank's positioning as a strategic partner for sustainable development in the countries we serve. The position aims to generate and facilitate financing, investment, cooperation and business opportunities; strengthen relationships with public and private actors; support the materialization of institutional pipeline operations; promote business participation in initiatives financed by the Bank; and ensure effective coordination with CABEI's substantive areas to contribute to the fulfillment of the Bank's Institutional Strategy and business model.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT: To reside in Spain.

Bachelor's or Engineering with a Master's degree or equivalent or a Bachelor's degree or Engineering with at least two years of additional experience to that required by the position.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

- Experience in financing, investment and international cooperation.
- Experience in strategic alliance management and institutional relations.
- Experience in liaison with public agencies, the private sector and investors.




- Experience in International Financial Institutions.
- Experience in promoting business opportunities and business participation.
- Development and implementation of financial and cooperation schemes including co-financing structures, financial blending (desirable - not mandatory).

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum professional experience: 11 years.

FUNCTIONS:

- Identify, evaluate and facilitate opportunities for financing, cooperation, investment, capital markets and strategic alliances from the country of representation and/or Europe, coordinating with GERFIN and the substantive areas of the Bank to contribute to the mobilization of resources and business generation.
- To support the identification, promotion and maturation of initiatives that can be incorporated into the institutional pipeline, facilitating the approach with potential funders, cooperating partners and strategic partners until their conversion into active operations.
- Promote the participation of eligible companies from the country of representation in CABEI-financed procurement processes, through dissemination actions, business outreach, business roundtables and coordination with the corresponding operational areas.
- Implement institutional positioning actions through participation in strategic forums, high-level events, official missions and spaces for dialogue with governmental, business, financial and academic actors, strengthening CABEI's visibility and recognition.
- Coordinate on an ongoing basis with GERPAIS, GERFIN and other substantive dependencies of the Bank the identification, monitoring and materialization of strategic opportunities, ensuring effective articulation and alignment with institutional objective.
