You:

5+ years selling real estate, with closings you can prove

3 languages minimum — Spanish, English, plus one more

You know Ibiza: licences, legal m², what a property is actually worth

Discreet, sharp, at ease with high-net-worth clients

Car and licence. Based on the island.

Us:

Base salary, real commission, no ceiling

Direct line to the founder — you price and negotiate with him, not around him

Off-market and pre-construction stock from our own pipeline

Full marketing behind you: brand, photo, video, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok

Year-round. Long term. Route to leading the division.
