We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience creating high-volume digital assets across multiple markets while maintaining strong brand consistency. Fluent English is required as part of this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ * 3+ years of experience as an in-house Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role. * Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. * Solid understanding of digital advertising formats, platform specifications, and creative best practices. * Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. * Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools. * Proven experience creating and adapting creative assets for multiple markets and geographies. * Ability to balance general brand consistency with local market adaptation. * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Design and adapt high-quality digital advertising creatives for multiple channels and international markets.



* Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines while tailoring content to local audiences. * Collaborate closely with marketing teams, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Manage several concurrent creative projects while maintaining high standards of quality. * Iterate and optimize creatives based on performance insights, feedback, and A/B testing results. * Deliver pixel-perfect designs across all digital touchpoints. * Support the continuous improvement of creative assets by applying best practices in digital design and user engagement. * Contribute strategic creative ideas that help maximize campaign performance while preserving brand integrity.
