Experteer Overview
As Senior AI Data Scientist, you design and ship end-to-end autonomous AI agents to automate HR processes across multiple countries. You translate processes into robust, audited systems with clear guardrails and human-in-the-loop where appropriate, turning multi-step workflows into production-ready solutions. You work closely with HR, Talent, and Finance to quantify costs, assess feasibility, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll balance speed, safety, and cost, shaping scalable HR automation that respects governance and compliance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Map HR processes across 19–25 countries and turn them into an inventory with cost attached per step
• Facilitate workshops with HR Ops, Talent, and Rewards leads to derive requirements and evaluate automation candidates
• Design state transitions, triggers, branches, system calls, waits, and escalation points for multi-step workflows
• Implement guardrails: dry-run mode, approval gates, least-privilege credentials, rollback paths
• Determine human-in-the-loop moments and design a review queue with practical usability
• Write evaluation criteria beyond precision/recall: task-completion, hallucination rate, bias testing




• Develop idempotent, webhook-based integrations with reliable retry behavior
• Decide which steps require frontier models vs cheaper options and prove routing decisions with metrics
• Assess vendor APIs, data models, integration costs, and true surface of external tools

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years building data and ML systems in industry
• Experience shipping systems with irreversible actions affecting real customers
• Expertise in Python and ML, with end-to-end shipability and containerization
• Production experience with multi-step, tool-calling LLM workflows (orchestration, retries, idempotency)
• Cost and latency engineering focus (model routing, caching, batching)
• Safety-focused design: staging modes, approval gates, least-privilege, rollback
• Evaluation design for generative/agentic outputs (LLM-as-judge, red-teaming)
• Applied statistics and process mapping with quantitative framing
• Facilitation of workshops with senior non-technical stakeholders
• Executive-level written business cases and vendor evaluation skills
