Tasks and Responsibilities

Create and develop documentation as per the projects or initiatives requirements.

Incorporate all information into required IT infrastructure, process, and service definition documents, support policies, work instructions, user documents, training guides, and other relevant documents.

Deliver technical writing status reports.

Escalate issue and log risks where help is required from management.

Participate in IT, process, and service design meetings with relevant SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).

Gather all relevant IT, process, service,



and support information from relevant SMEs and PMs.

Review and edit technical writing by other team members to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality.

Qualifications

Relevant experience as a Technical Writer, familiar with the documentation lifecycle and corresponding quality assurance reviews

To be handy in technical communication, which includes but is not limited to technical writing, instructional design, technical editing, copyediting or proofreading, quality assurance, and user experience design

Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e. usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)

Problem solving skills; a self-starter who takes initiative

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Multi-tasking and handling changes in requirements or schedule

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
