Experteer Overview
In this role, you will act as the integral technical reference for sand core making at Horse Technologies, defining and validating core processes for aluminum casting parts. You will develop standards, support manufacturing sites and suppliers, and lead root-cause analyses to improve quality, cost, and delivery. You’ll drive innovation in core making technologies and collaborate with design to ensure product-process fit. • Drive innovation projects in core making technologies (e.g., inorganic binders, automation)
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility
• Conduct feasibility studies (technical and economic) for core design and manufacturing

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in sand core making processes and industrialization of casting parts
• University degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving and technical project management skills
• Strong process standardization and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain ambitions
• Excellent English communication; Spanish or French is valued
