Are you ready to build and lead an integrated S&OP; process across an international food business? GoodLife Foods is looking for a Senior Group S&OP; Manager who can connect commercial ambitions, operational capabilities and financial priorities into one reliable plan.
As Senior Group S&OP; Manager, you will develop and implement a group-wide S&OP; strategy, governance model and operating rhythm across 14 factories and six commercial areas. Your goal is to create a single, financially aligned plan that balances demand, production capacity, inventory, service levels and profitability. This is both a transformation and leadership role. You will design the future S&OP; organisation, strengthen processes and tools, and ensure consistent adoption across countries and functions. You will lead an international team of eight Demand Planners, Supply Planners and an S&OP; Tools Specialist, based in Granollers (Spain). You will report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a centralised, group-wide S&OP; strategy and governance model.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights and KPIs across central and local teams.
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP; cycle, including demand, supply, inventory and capacity planning.
- Chair key monthly S&OP; meetings and prepare decisions for Executive Board level.
- Improve forecast accuracy, supply-plan reliability, service levels and stock health.
- Connect Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and Innovation around one integrated plan.
- Develop effective planning processes, data analytics and supporting IT tools.
- Lead, coach and develop the international S&OP; team.
- Drive change and embed consistent ways of working throughout the organisation.
Your profile:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in S&OP;,
demand planning or supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Proven experience building or significantly improving an end-to-end S&OP; process.
- Strong leadership experience within an international and multidisciplinary environment.
- A solid understanding of both demand and supply planning, including their financial impact.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience in ERP and planning systems, Excel and Power BI.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex information into clear decisions.
- Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to our locations across Europe.
