Experteer Overview
As Senior Front End Engineer at Perk, you lead the design and delivery of the group travel and events experience, an integrated platform that connects planners, suppliers and attendees. You shape the bigger product vision, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others while collaborating across squads to scale the Perk platform. You will help build Perk Events, aligning frontend work with business goals and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers impact at scale in a rapidly growing, IRL-first organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and refine the overall frontend direction for the group travel and events product and the Perk platform
• Write design documents and guardianship of technical quality, balancing new work with technical debt management
• Lead cross-squad initiatives, aligning stakeholders and coordinating with architects, guilds, and product/engineering managers
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, provide feedback in reviews, and raise engineering standards




• Contribute to the squad's quarterly goals and long-term vision
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive, scalable user experiences for planners, suppliers and participants
• Support cross-functional collaboration to deliver AI-driven enhancements and scalable frontend solutions
• Promote a culture of impact over effort by prioritizing work with measurable outcomes

Responsabilidades
• Experience as a Senior Front End Engineer or similar, with ability to influence beyond a single squad
• Ability to write design documents and own architectural decisions
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
• Mentorship and coaching capabilities for less experienced engineers
• Comfort operating in a scale-up environment and driving cross-team initiatives
