Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Spanish-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new mid-market business opportunities across designated territories. Based in Barcelona, you will serve as a key growth engine by connecting organizations with our digital transformation and information management solutions. You will leverage your proactive "hunter" mindset to drive full-cycle sales and expand our market presence.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Drive Pipeline Generation:

Proactively identify and "hunt" new mid-market business opportunities via cold calling, social selling, and targeted email campaigns. Manage Full Sales Cycles:

Conduct high-level discovery calls, research key stakeholders, and lead consultative selling efforts from initial outreach through contract signature. Collaborate and Align:

Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs.

What You'll Bring

The adecuado candidate will have:





Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with professional English proficiency for internal collaboration. Proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS, with a strong track record in cold prospecting and full-cycle deal management. Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and sales optimization tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage key decision-makers and navigate high-stakes negotiations.
