KD has about 50 employees, we are in full expansion due to the development of innovative products in the sector and the creation of a unique factory in Spain. As a result, we are looking for an Automotive Business Development Manager (Graduate).

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Develop and drive strong technical and commercial engagement within the target OEM and Tier-1 accounts in the field of In-Vehicle Connectivity. - Establish and maintain personal contact with key customer decision makers at the highest level to provide effective information flow. - Identify new customer projects, propose technical solutions utilizing KD products and services, manage negotiations towards WIN/WIN outcomes, and maintain support throughout the product development cycle. - Develop appropriate product proposals for the customer and co-ordinate an optimum support. This involves close cooperation and communication with KD’s field application engineering teams as well as intensive communication with the responsible KD market development line. - Contribute to new product definition together with the customer and the respective KD market development line to secure KD’s long term success in automotive. - Promote KD’s portfolio of connectivity solutions for present and future architectures through participation in automotive trade events and participate in public speaking opportunities. - Work with design, product engineering and marketing teams to enable the successful launch of new products. Develop compelling promotion material for use by sales and technical marketing colleagues. - Understand the customer ‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues, short-term and long-term.



- Understand formal & informal hierarchy, decision makers, collecting insights at customers. - Effective delegation and coordination of logistic/quality issues to the relevant people within KD.

What You Bring

- Electrical Engineering degree or similar; skills about Electronic / Semiconductor products in the Automotive environment and their usage in ADAS, BMS and Domain controllers. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor Marketing or Sales. Good knowledge of the semiconductor automotive segment, key customers, and their applications. - Flexibility, motivation, and networking ability at all customer management levels. - Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing fashion appropriate to the level of the business partner. - Analytical skills to extract key customer requirements and to identify appropriate solutions. - Proven track record of success in a challenging business environment team player in a global and multi-cultural environment. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers, internal organization, and management. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Willing to travel for trade shows and direct customer support 30% of time (EU, USA and Asia). - Indefinite full-time contract. - Adaptable working hours, intensive working hours on Fridays and during the three summer months. - 10 hours of telework per week. - Medical insurance and English classes at the company’s expense. - Company social events. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment, with ambitious and innovative projects. - Flat hierarchies and open communication. - Very good working atmosphere with competent, motivated and friendly colleagues, open to the international level. - Training plan and development opportunities.
