What’s the Job?

As a Cook at Quirat , our Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You’ll work with high-quality ingredients, supporting the preparation and execution of dishes to the highest standards of quality, precision, and presentation. Your attention to detail, passion for gastronomy, and commitment to excellence will help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

Your day-to-day

- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and the restaurant’s specifications.
- Work with high-quality ingredients, ensuring excellent preparation, handling, and presentation.
- Support the Chef and kitchen team throughout the service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every dish served.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Control portions and food usage to minimize waste and maximize product quality.




- Keep your workstation and kitchen areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards throughout the operation.
- Be ready to learn, develop your skills, and contribute to the continuous pursuit of culinary excellence.

What We Need From You

- Passion for gastronomy and a genuine interest in working in a Michelin-starred environment.
- Previous experience as a Cook in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel is highly valued.
- Culinary studies or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a similar field.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.
