For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a

ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator

to join a long–term project focused on

CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization .

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices

Oversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives)

Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping

Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI management

Drive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and value

Required Skills

Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management

Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping





Experience in data governance and data quality management (KPIs, audits, remediation)

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in English

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications

Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

Background in large‑scale CMDB transformation initiatives

Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments

Position Conditions Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in the office) Start Date: 14th of September Contract: Service contract (freelance)
