WHAT YOU'LL DO

Solution design and architecture

- Own the technical design of AI solutions built on Timbal, from discovery to production.
- Architect agentic workflows, LLM pipelines,



and integrations for complex enterprise environments.
- Make pragmatic decisions on models, orchestration, infrastructure, and data.
- Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices that scale across clients.
- Balance ambition with reliability: solutions that impress and hold up in production.

Client enablement and delivery

- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their processes, systems, and goals.
- Build solutions for clients, and teach clients to build them with Timbal themselves.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-value builds.
- Turn clients into power users: enablement, training, and hands-on guidance.
- Be the trusted technical voice in the room: pre-sales, delivery, and beyond.
- Turn successful deployments into repeatable playbooks.

Hands-on building

- Build prototypes, demos, and production-grade implementations with the Timbal platform.
- Work with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and modern AI tooling every day.
- Push the platform to its limits, and feed what you learn back to the product team.
- Automate everything that deserves to be automated.

Product and platform impact

- You'll use Timbal harder than anyone. What you learn in the field directly shapes what we build next.
- Spot friction, missing pieces,



and killer features before anyone else, and make sure they get built.
- Shape the technical narrative of Timbal: documentation, technical content, and enablement.
- Help define how AI solutions should be built, not just at Timbal, but in the industry.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a solution architect, sales engineer, ML engineer, or software engineer in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and modern AI tooling.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: APIs, integrations, cloud, and data.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients on technical or complex products.
- High autonomy, ownership mentality, and bias toward action.
- Experience in startups, consulting, or working closely with founders is a strong plus.
