Job Title : German Business Developer Location : Barcelona (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in the German market and develop strategies to engage them

Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships

Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively

Provide regular reports on sales progress, performance, and forecasts to management

Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales goals

Requirements:

Fluent German speaker

with

B2 level English proficiency





Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
