We are seeking a

Process Engineer for our Optronics product line to participate in the industrialization ,

manufacturing, and continuous improvement of optoelectronic equipment

designed for high-demand technological applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

defining, optimizing, and supporting the production processes associated with optronic systems , working in coordination with the Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure that objectives are met.

What are we looking for?

An/a Process Engineer (Optronics Line) , with at least

2years of experience.

Availability to join a stable project in

Valdepeñas.

Degree :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.

Work Model :on-site.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical

Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.

At least 2-5 years of prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Experience in the following areas will be highly valued:

Optronic systems.

Electro-optical equipment.

Optical instrumentation.

Electro-optical and infrared sensors.

Complex electronic equipment.

The defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.

Technical knowledge:

Knowledge of optics, optoelectronics, or electro-optical technologies.

Defining and improving industrial processes.

Interpreting technical documentation and drawings.

Managing manufacturing documentation.

Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement.





Proficiency with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred).

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (preferred).

Personal Skills:

Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Proactivity and independence.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Communication and technical coordination skills.

What will your responsibilities be?

Define and maintain the manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for optronic equipment.

Prepare manufacturing documentation: work instructions, production routes, procedures, and associated technical documentation.

Participate in the industrialization of new products and the transfer of engineering designs to production.

Design and specify manufacturing fixtures, tools, inspection equipment, and test benches.

Resolve technical issues in manufacturing and lead corrective and preventive actions.

Analyze and improve production processes using continuous improvement methodologies.

Participate in process validation, first-article inspections, and the commissioning of new lines or equipment.

Collaborate with Quality on nonconformity analysis, improvement initiatives, and audits.

Monitor production, productivity, and efficiency indicators.

Provide technical support to the assembly, integration, and testing departments.
