In this Finance Lead role within Glovo's Marketplace Experience, you own the end-to-end Pu0026amp;L for support operations powering the marketplace across markets. You will build forecasting cadence, develop models and dashboards, and turn numbers into decisions that shape cost, capacity, and investment. You act as a finance partner to country ops, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026amp;A, driving financial discipline and strategic programs such as cost reduction and BPO efficiency. This senior role emphasizes independent analysis, cross-functional influence, and mentoring junior analysts, grounded in a data-driven, ownership mindset.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own financial reporting and forecasting end to end for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring Pu0026L accuracy and credible estimates
• Define analytical agenda by identifying key cost drivers and unit-economics questions and drive them to decision
• Design and maintain financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used across markets
• Serve as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A, influencing decisions and maintaining financial discipline
• Lead deep-dives on material variances to root cause, size impact,



and drive corrective plans
• Own finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions) from framing to execution
• Mentor and raise standards within the finance/operations team, fostering best practices across the group

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Hands-on Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements and unit economics
• Strong analytical judgment to structure ambiguous problems and identify levers
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
• Strategic ownership from framing to business case to execution
• Autonomous and hands-on with ability to build and set standards
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
