Experteer Overview
In this regional role, you drive TPM and Manufacturing Excellence across Health u0026amp; Medical sites, traveling ~50% to guide leaders and teams in transformation. You mentor site managers, align priorities with regional leaders, and push the journey toward World Class Manufacturing with measurable outcomes. You will act as a hands-on change agent on the shop floor, accelerating capability and spreading best practices. This is about shaping robust maintenance, efficiency, and digital enhancements across a multi-site network.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead TPM and Manufacturing Excellence deployment across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Coordinate TPM rollout with Regional Operations Directors and functional leaders to standardize priorities
• Support TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones with coaching
• Identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and strengthen problem-solving and standard work on the shop floor
• Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, reliability, cost reduction, and loss elimination through TPM
• Perform implementation health checks, track roadmap progress, and define corrective actions




• Share and standardize best practices across the network to accelerate excellence
• Contribute to digital manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new tools and methods
• Support integration of Industry 4.0 and digital solutions within the TPM roadmap to improve visibility and decision making

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Hands-on TPM implementation experience with governance and sustainability mechanisms
• Desirable: experience with TPM maturity milestones and JIPM certification processes
• Proven track record in structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to work across cultures and engage senior leaders and shop floor teams
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable; additional languages an advantage
• Experience designing/deploying digital manufacturing or digital transformation roadmaps
