ROTATIONAL CHIEF ENGINEER - 50M PRIVATE M/Y Looking for a Rotational Chief Engineer for a new-build 50m hybrid explorer yacht. 2:2 rotation €10,000/month Private / foreign flagged 9 crew Full-time Second Engineer onboard Extensive cruising planned, including New Zealand / South Pacific and remote destinations Must be genuinely hands-on, strong at troubleshooting and fault finding, and comfortable operating away from easy shore-side support. You will be expected to work every day while on rotation. Strong experience with new builds, warranty management, contractors, defect tracking and closing out technical issues is highly desirable. Idóneo candidates will have similar-size yacht experience, appropriate Chief Engineer tickets and experience with modern integrated systems, automation and preferably hybrid propulsion.
