We are

hiring a Global Media Strategy & Innovation Director for one of the world’s leading global media and communications groups , partnering with many of the world’s most iconic brands.

With a

strong international footprint,

the group sits at the

forefront of media strategy, communications planning, digital innovation

and the rapidly evolving media landscape.

They

combine strategic thinking, creativity, technology and deep understanding of consumer behaviour

to help global brands build stronger connections with their audiences and drive business growth.

You will be responsible for

delivering global media strategy, planning & marketing communications excellence , and guide local markets in the same direction.

You will

keep the client's global media approach ahead

of changing consumers, channels, platforms & technologies.

You will work to ensure that we

create exceptional work and foster strong relationships

with clients, local markets, and partners.

You will help to build client business, Identifying short term and long-term opportunities. Having the ability to translate business and marketing requirements into viable solutions, to interact with, and manage decision making.

Global responsibility for raising overall Comms planning standards across all markets

Responsibility for overall strategic direction globally and assure this is implemented locally

Leadership of the strategic product / content campaigns across all markets





Innovate within the media strategy, adapting to shifting consumer behaviour

Develop a media innovation framework, and ensuring uptake within markets and centrally

Work together with integral client marketing and media teams

Ensure that local plans reflect & deliver the global media strategy

What will you bring along?

10Y+ of proven experience in Marketing and media/digital , of which at least 5Y in a similar position in an international media agency.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of media and communications, campaign planning process, strategy, implementation, and campaign´s follow up.

A passion for the latest digital technologies / POE.

Proven record of client management, strong communication and presentation skills.

Strong aptitude for driving collaboration and integration, building “partner” relationships with clients, colleagues, and departments.

International experience is highly valued

Ability to work in a multi-functional networking environment, open-minded and able to adapt to foreign working cultures

Fluent in English is a must
