We are looking for an

IT System Manager

in Barcelona to lead, secure, and scale our technical backbone as we expand globally.

True Ownership:

You wont just follow playbook rules—youll design, deploy, and maintain our systems from Cloud (Azure) to air-gapped classified networks.

Strategic Impact:

You will work directly with our leadership to ensure our security posture meets strict standards ( ENS, GDPR, ISO 27001 ).

A fast-paced, deep-tech scale-up environment where innovation meets stability.

The Essentials:

Degree in CS, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.

3–5+ years handling core IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Base in Barcelona (Hybrid model).
