Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across four European markets. You will lead end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to generate qualified leads and sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Sales to refine lead quality and impact, while adapting tactics to local market dynamics. This is a hands-on, data-driven role with a strong emphasis on measurable business impact in a fast-moving environment.

• Own paid acquisition across Google Search, Meta, and emerging channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube) including strategy, execution, optimization, and budget allocation
• Set targets for CPL, MQL, SQL, and demo conversions across markets and channels
• Build and iterate B2B SaaS lead-gen campaign architecture (keywords, audiences, bid strategies, creative testing, landing page alignment)
• Maintain the marketing-sales feedback loop to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion
• Coordinate multi-market execution for FR, ES, IT, PT with market-specific messaging and budgets
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards (HubSpot, GA4) to track full funnel from first click to closed deal
• Run an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests on creatives, pages, audiences, bids)



and translate results into scalable insights
• Present performance analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing, with B2B SaaS or B2B tech lead generation focus
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (search, non-brand, bid strategies, quality score, multi-market)
• Solid Meta Ads experience for lead generation (CRM audiences, CPL optimization)
• Fluency in pipeline KPIs (CPL, MQL, SQL, demo conversion) and collaboration with sales to improve lead quality
• Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) for attribution and pipeline tracking
• GA4 and GTM for data-driven decision making
• Hands-on campaign building and optimization in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Autonomy in fast-moving environments; proactive and results-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
