Responsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team. Worked in SNOW ticketing tool Worked in EWM space in ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4 HANA EWM 1909 or onwards Responsible for understanding of integration with Warehouse Automation and MES system Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client on day-to-day operations Responsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence Responsible for aligning with EWM IT team for Change Requests and execute informal testing SAP EWM knowledge and Spanish speaking Warehouse operators and customer facing. Willingness to work in shifts, including Night Shift.
