We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapy Area Profile

VerstärCare is currently looking to strengthen its multidisciplinary team with a senior profile in the

Physiotherapy Area .

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist capable of acting not only as a clinical specialist, but also as a methodological referent for the area.

The role involves contributing to the structuring and development of our Physiotherapy services, including athlete follow-up, injury prevention, return-to-sport processes, clinical coordination, junior supervision, internal tools, and app-based workflows.

Main responsibilities include:

Structuring the methodology of the Physiotherapy Area

Creating follow-up protocols, assessment tools, checklists and reporting templates

Supervising juniors or interns

Supporting athletes in injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-sport processes

Collaborating with sport psychology, nutrition, training, clinics and medical professionals

Contributing to the development of VerstärCare’s digital ecosystem and app-based methodology

Ensuring an evidence-based, pragmatic and athlete-centered approach





Producing or validating clear professional reports and follow-up documents

Relevant backgrounds may include:

Senior Physiotherapist

Sports Physiotherapist

Performance-oriented Physiotherapist

Return-to-Sport / Reconditioning Specialist

Physiotherapist with experience in high-performance sport

The adecuado candidate has strong experience in sport, athlete rehabilitation, injury prevention, return-to-sport, workload adaptation, recovery monitoring and individualized athlete follow-up.

Experience with remote follow-up, professional reporting, multidisciplinary coordination and supervision of junior professionals would be highly valued.

Languages: English: required

Spanish: strongly appreciated

French: strongly appreciated

A profile combining all three languages would be a strong asset for our international team.
