Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will drive profitability and operational excellence across a global manufacturing network. You will partner with Finance, Operations and IT to enhance margin transparency and reporting, and shape decision-making at scale. Your work will focus on standardizing margin governance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and translating data into actionable insights for cross-functional leaders. Compensaciones / Beneficios

Lead the global Operations gross margin framework across sites and regions

Analyze cost drivers (productivity, labour, material, overheads, fixed cost absorption) to reveal margin performance

Partner with Finance, Operations and IT to improve data quality and align financial systems

Identify profitability improvement opportunities and support cost optimisation with measurable impact

Develop and maintain integral standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and governance

Translate complex operational/financial data into clear insights for strategic decision-making





Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term operational planning

Responsabilidades

Bachelor in Finance, Business, Economics

8-12+ years' experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or gross margin management in multi-site manufacturing

Proven experience partnering with Operations leaders to improve performance and profitability

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing, productivity, labour, material and overhead cost drivers

Advanced analytical skills with Excel, financial modelling and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)

Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain

Proactive, results-driven mindset with continuous improvement track record

ERP systems such as SAP

English fluency; Spanish advantageous

MedTech or healthcare manufacturing experience advantageous
