✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Define and implement automation and Quality Engineering strategies aligned with engineering standards and the automation roadmap.
- Identify automation opportunities, maximize test coverage, and drive shift-left testing across the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and faster software releases.
- Lead performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability testing initiatives.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify risks and quality trends, and provide meaningful quality metrics and reporting.
- Create automation standards, documentation, and best-practice guidelines while mentoring teams on modern testing and Quality Engineering principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Delivery Managers to provide testing strategy and quality assurance leadership.

Years' experience: 10+ years

English: C1

Bachelor Degree

Strong experience in UI and API test automation.





Expertise building automation frameworks from scratch.

Experience working with microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native testing, and Agile/Scrum environments.

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
